Theonia is located on the main road leading out of Pefkos, reached by a sloping driveway. The resorts centre and all it’s amenities are a 5 minute walk away and the nearest beach is less than a 5 minute walk.

There are split level studios which sleep up to 4 people and studios for 2-3 people. All studios have air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes.
